Gulliver is pictured at six months, winning B.O.W. at Sporting Dog Specialty for a 4 pt. win under Sporting Breeder Thomas Bradley III
Gully is a youngster here.
Here he is almost 2 1/2.
Gulliver enjoying the good life.
January 14, 2007 Still likes the water (even if it is a little hard to break that ice!) & looking better every day!
This is Gulliver's head on April 21, 2007.
Pictured above winning 2nd. in the Open Dog Class at the National Specialty under breeder/judge Laurie Dumaux.
Ch. Giltedge Traveller: first time out as a special, winning Best of Breed under Lab Breeder Dr. Michael Woods.
Picture of him all ready for the ring on May 26, 2007
Gulliver in the ring the same weekend.
Gulliver winning the Golden Retriever Club of Quebec Regional under Jennifer Johnson! "Such a sound, well-made, quality dog
that stood four square and was so typical. All male, masculine head but not
overdone in any way, lovely dark eye and soft kind expression, straight
well-boned front, good layback of shoulder, well balanced, short coupled, deep
through the heart, well bent stifles, good turn of hock, moved well fore and aft
on good legs and feet. In good hard condition and his pale golden wavy coat was
in good order. Sympathetically handled to get the best out of the dog. Showed
and presented well. A pleasure to award him BOB."
Gulliver also takes the stud dog class with Noni & Wisteria!
Is it show time yet!?
Some candid shots of Gulliver the day of the National.
Here he is the weekend after winning another regional in Ontario under American breeder/judge Connie Gertsner!
I thought this was an exceptional shot of Gulliver's head & expression.
This is what I really like to do!!
And maybe this next?
Gulliver is our Australian import: shows great promise with University of Guelph hip clearance, as well as OFA GOOD & Elbows normal. His Australian hip score was 2! Absolutely as close to perfect as you can get!! I think I was robbed with OFA! I also have his heart certificate from OFA. To visit Gulliver's Aussi family click here
Boy did we have a weekend beyond all expectations!!
This is Kaptain Kangaroo, son of Gulliver's, winning the open dog class at the Golden Retriever Club of Canada regional specialty under Trevor Smith of England.
Great day for a walk!
This time he had a run with his daughter, Wisteria.
Gulliver & Story (his granddaughter) sharing a bed.
I think they are waiting to go to bed!
Gulliver likes his son, Eddie.
Picture of Gulliver achieving his Junior Hunter title!
Picture of Gulliver & Scoop at the film festival for dogs!
Still enjoying his training at nearly 8 years of age. We are working for that W.C.X.! This is him retrieving the bumper from a blind! He is always so proud & happy when he succeeds!
I think Nala (the cat) is trying to get in on it!
